Students enrolled in this minor complete coursework in the solid Earth, oceanography, and the atmosphere. This minor pairs well with other degrees in the sciences, such as chemistry or biology.

Policies
Eight credits of coursework must be unique to the minor, and students must complete all coursework with a minimum GPA of 2.00. For policies governing all minors, see AP.5.3.4 Minors.
Students may not receive both the Geology Minor and the Earth Science Minor.
