The Global Health Graduate Certificate provides students with competencies and applicable skills to promote health in a global context, emphasizing comparative global health metrics' the socioeconomic, environmental, and other risk factors associate with transnational health concerns; and ethical and effective strategies for preventing and controlling infectious and non-communicable diseases in diverse populations. Students will be prepared to work in the diverse cultural and multidisciplinary environments inherent in global health.
Admissions
Applicants must meet the admission standards and application requirements specified in Graduate Admissions and must apply using the online Schools of Public Health Application System (SOPHAS). Policies
Candidates must have 18 graduate credits and a minimum GPA of 3.00 in coursework, with no more than 3 credits with a grade of C to earn the Global Health Graduate Certificate.
