The minor in aging studies combines theoretical and applied coursework in aging with the student's undergraduate curriculum in any department of the university. Because aging studies is by definition multidisciplinary, students are required to take coursework outside their major field.

Policies

Eight credits of coursework must be unique to the minor and students must complete all coursework with a minimum GPA of 2.00. Students should be familiar with university-wide requirements for minors described in AP.5.3.4 Minors
