Applicants should have an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, with a GPA of at least 3.00 in their last 60 credits of study. While no specific undergraduate degree is required, a background in engineering, business, computer science, math, or information technology is desirable; alternatively, strong work experience with data or analytics may be used. Current graduate students in the Volgenau School of Engineering and the School of Business can elect this certificate with the Graduate Secondary Certificate Program Application from the Office of the University Registrar.

This certificate may be pursued on a part-time basis only.
Students must achieve a total GPA of at least 3.00, with no more than three credits of a grade of C from the following courses.
