Introduction to probability and statistics with applications to computer science, engineering, operations research, and information technology. Basic concepts of probability, random variables and expectation, Bayes rule, bivariate distributions, sums of independent random variables, correlation and least squares estimation, central limit theorem, sampling distributions, confidence interval construction, and hypothesis testing for a single sample and two samples.Offered by Statistics.
